Original Curly Tail found on factory roof

Logo on cabinet

Dunk scratches his head and dreams of cranking up the Curly Tail at Woodstock!

One of our original experimental fun products was a little practice amplifier that we named the Curly Tail, because it squealed like a pig! It featured a guitar jack input, level control and revolutionary 'More' or 'Less' Tone control!
Thanks to a slip-up with the Letraset, it also featured a 'HEADPONE' jack!

Its germanium power transistor gave it a thick chainsaw type distortion, and its tartan front grille cloth would surely have made it a huge success in Scotland! There's no truth to the rumour that the grille cloth came from a pair of trousers left behind from the 1976 Bay City Rollers Australian tour!
